VINCE MINI
 – Vince is a strength and conditioning coach with nearly 30 years of experience in sports conditioning programs.  He is certified by the US weightlifting Association; he is also certified on functional movement and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as serving as an advisory board member. In high school Vince was an All-American in the sports of baseball, football and wrestling and attended Temple University on a football scholarship. He later played professional football for the Philadelphia Eagles.  Vince has trained high school, collegiate as well as professional athletes in the sports of baseball, softball, basketball, football, golf, gymnastics, lacrosse, tennis and track.

ROBERTO ARELLANO
 – Roberto has been in the health and fitness industry for over 6 years having had the opportunity to train people of all ages and experience. Prior to Mini’s House of Pain, Roberto was part of the Strength & Conditioning staff at Saint Mary’s College training the Rugby and Rowing team, assisting various other teams, while also working with NFL Combine prospects at California Strength.In the summer of 2017, Roberto had the opportunity to train teams at Oak Ridge High School and now spends most of his time there. While Roberto does have experience in all settings of training, he is aware of what it takes to compete at the next level having played Collegiate Rugby for the Nationally Ranked Saint Mary’s Gaels in Moraga, California. Roberto received his Bachelors of Kinesiology from Saint Mary’s College of California with an emphasis in Strength & Conditioning and has his USAW Level 1 certification.
