RILEY BUI Rowing University of Wisconsin
Riley Bui will go on to attend the University of WisconsinMadison for her fantastic efforts in rowing with Capital Crew. When asked why she chose the University of WisconsinMadison she said. “It's a great school academically. It also has a good sports program and football there is huge. It has the best of both worlds of the city life and lakeshore. I want to move far away from the West Coast and get away for a new experience. I would like to experience the real four seasons and live in the snow.” Some of the most inspirational people through her sports career were some of the older teammates that she look up to. She saw how successful they were she was encouraged to fill in their shoes after they graduated. After playing so long in high school, Riley wanted to continue on her sports career in college. When asked about her favorite memory as a Trojan she said “Everybody just has a great attitude. There is a positive atmosphere with smiles on people's faces.” Good luck Riley in your journey into the University of WisconsinMadison!
